Absolutely Amit!! We had been in search of a home for few months and have changed to Amit based on referral. We were looking only in a specific neighborhood with very constrained requirements and budget. He has provided us perfect guidance and we have put offers where we felt comfortable. Value of agent would be evident only when the deal gets tricky. We had to deal with the complications with inspections being fixed, appraisals not arriving on time for contingencies etc. It was a tough path where we sailed along with Amit.
